She will give you an explanation of this regional cuisine, customs and even the science behind some of her Mudaliar recipes and ingredients. Next you'll head to the kitchen for a one-hour cooking demonstration during which Anuradha will show you how to prepare 1-2 dishes.

This is a unique opportunity to visit the home of a local and explore traditional culture and cuisine. You will be welcomed by Anuradha and her daughter Nrithya into their beautiful home. Please note that this is a cooking demonstration and not a hands-on cooking class. Anuradha has a wealth of knowledge on different ingredients and cooking techniques which she will share during the demonstration, before you sit down together to enjoy some of her delicious creations.
